I am using the newest ivtv drivers. And am getting prebuffering pause when watching live tv. Can anyone tell me how to fix it? My hardware is a p4 1.6 , fx5200, 512mb ram, 120gig hd, pvr 250, and pcHDTV3000. The prebuffering pause did not occur until I upgraded to the new drivers. I had to ma
