I think it's actually in the backend setup. (# mythtvsetup)
Possibly in the "general" section of the setup I've never used
it but I saw it a few days ago while making some adjustments.

I read that myth supports realtime commercial flagging. I'm running
myth 0.18. I went thru the setup menus, but didnt see anywhere option
to enable the realtime commercial flagging.
