[mythtv-users] Remove recordings that don't exist from database

Hello everyone, I was just wondering how I can truncate the database which holds the recordings that myth ahs done. I removed the file by mistake and now the recordings screen shows the recordings but the file does not exist thus being like a dead link. any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
