[mythtv-users] Screen-blanking after mythfrontend crashes

When mythfrontend is started for the first time on a clean boot, the screen blanks and monitor goes into power-saving after several minutes of non-TV activity -- as configured.  After mythfrontend crashes (which it sometimes does, still), and is restarted, the screen no longer blanks. 

In case others have run into this, I fixed with
xset +dpms
before restarting mythfrontend.  Just leaving a note for the archive since it puzzled me for a while.
