Hello,
I am currently using mythtvgallery. How to access the menu using the

Well it's pretty dangerous doing this without having a system to check
it on but anyway:

I'm running SVN 8639. MythGallery keeps segfaulting mythfrontend if the
image directory is empty. Easy to reproduce, easy to fix.
Anyone else experiencing this? I'm new to mythtv so I'd like to confirm
if this is only related to my setup.

Hi,
I have the same hardware (via epia samuel2 533MHz) under KnoppMyth
R5A26.and the exact same symptoms in video-gallery and video-browser.
Luckily in setup it is possible to pre-select video-overview and that
works.
Probably has to to with image creation. Have not tried mythmusic or

Hello!
A strange question:
Has anyone the debian package for mythgallery with the version
_before_ 0.18.1-2?
Or just the /usr/lib/mythtv/plugins/libmythgallery.so without
sse enabled?
And the same for mythmusic?
The background is: I updated to the -2 Version a few month ago, and
noticed, that

I also had that problem on my ezra board but I forget when it surfaced.

The Ken Burns effect makes slideshows more interesting with dynamic
zooming, panning and fade transitions between images.
What would be the simplest way of getting MythGallery to display
images with the Ken Burns effect?
Perhaps glslideshow (part of xscreensaver) could be used, but I have

Not sure if this only occurred for me or if this is due to some other
system config issue. There was probably some simple way to overcome
this, but I started down this path after trying many others. This way
seems to work, but I am curious what people with more Linux experience
have to say.
Hi,
I say to go ahead with yours. Sounds like you are a little further along
than I and I have no idea when I will get a chance to get it out.
Took a bit longer, as my last CVS checkout was from before the directory
reorganization... I've posted my patch to -dev.

I modified the code last week to be able to handle recursive random slide
shows through subdirectories. As soon as I clean up the code I will post
the patch.
I was going to reply the same, but maybe I'll let you have the honor :-)
I've got some mythmusic patches waiting to get in, so I put this
Has anyone managed a work-around, fix or patch for the slideshow
function to read into subdirectories?
Thanks...

After much looking through the archives, I have been unable to find a definitive answer for this question:::
Is it possible to script mythgallery to launch and display a slideshow? I have created two laptop picture frames that I hang on my walls to display
