I am using 64bit Windows 7 and reading Thermo .RAW files directly. The Thermo
File Reader is installed in ProgramFiles(x86) on my PC. I think your problem
hinges around the failed registration:
Error 1904.Module "C:\Program Files
> (x86)\Thermo\MSFileReader\XRawfile2.dll"
Hi Gao,
You can use msconvert from the proteowizard tool kit to convert .wiif to mzXML
files for processing in MZmine.
