Hi Chris, The basic idea is that MZmine modules should be singletons, because each module has a single instance of ParameterSet, which is saved to the configuration file during MZmine shutdown. If you create multiple instances, the configuration of the additional instances would not be saved.

Hi Angela, some information about your system would be helpful (Windows or Linux or Apple, error messages etc.). Some hints: You have to modify the start scripts, otherwise mzmine is unable to use more RAM than ~ 1G, change the HEAP_SIZE to 4096 for example. You will also need a 64bit Java vers

Gentle MzMine team, I've downloaded the last version of MZmine, but when I start the mass detection phase to process Themo Raw files (all MS1 experiments) it doesn't work! My computer has got more than 4 GB of RAM available and I need to process more than 12 Thermo Raw files. I only used crop f
