Actually, MZmine 2.3 has not been released yet... You are probably using a
build of the developer tree, which still has bugs. I will take a look at the
batch mode.

I have noticed that when I select batch mode in mzMine 2.3 I get a message "At
least 1 raw data file must be selected" then if I select a raw data file I get
the message "At least one peak list must be selected" so basically I can't
access Batch mode at all
