Dear Folks,
This may be useless to most but it meets a need for us that others may have.
We buy 'data carriage' from an unreliable carrier in locations where
both power and data services often fail (so badly that even the local
gambling den has all the lights go out in their slot machines).

Title: building NRPE statically
Hi,
is there any way to build nrpe statically? I have to deploy across a large number of solaris boxes and I don't want to have to install
openssl on all of them as well. ./configure --help didn't give me any clues :(
Cheers

I use nagiosgraph on servers with embedded perl enabled, and haven't run
into this problem.

Hello all,
Running the latest Dag RPMs on CentOS.
A couple times in the last month, I've had 1-2 service checks that
stop occuring. I see them "stuck" at the top of my Scheduling Queue,
with a "next check" that is in the past and not changing.
I've manually rescheduled the checks to the present

So this loopback is just a placeholder for the total number of interfaces?
Interesting design. Have you released that plugin?

so there may be a principal problem with nagiosgraph and ePN.
Does anyone know a solution?
Does anyone known an other pert-Tool, which doesn't confict with ePn,
but fills in RRDs?

I encountered the same problem, and configured Nagios to invoke
insert.pl as "/usr/bin/perl /insert.pl" instead, as per
someone's suggestion from long ago to avoid ePN for home-grown Perl
plugins.

Hi all together,
actually I run Nagios 2.5 and 2.5, Plugins 1.4.2 and nagiosgraph 0.8.2
on RH EL4
When configuring Nagios without embedded Perl and without perlcache
(during the configure-stage)
everything including processing perfomance data works well.
When recompiling Nagios (version 2.4 or

Try www.nagiosexchange.org - I know there's a check_mem script on there
to check physical memory usage.
The official Nagios plugins
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/nagiosplug/) contains check_sensors
which I believe will check CPU temperature etc using lmsensors, and
check_swap and check_disk
Hi,Do anyone have scripts like to view CPU temperature, the utility memory And would like to share with me??Thanks,PS: Sorry by my english.. :)
