Hi all,
I've got a setup of CentOS 4.4 and nagios-2.3.1, and I have one server
that started reporting critical errors over the weekend. I logged in
and checked the server, and it was fine. I restarted nagios, and the
problem state persisted, but since the machine itself was fine, I logged

The plugins need MySQL to build the check_mysql plugin. You don't need
a MySQL server running, just the client libraries installed.
If you don't need this plugin, don't supply any "--with-mysql" command,
and when you run ./configure, you'll get "mysql: not found" in the
result - this is OK, t

Hello there. I have a working nagios installation on a centos box with

Hi,
maybe you can setup your nsca daemon to listen on port 443.
This even should work with proxy servers.
