Yes, I am using 3 and it could very well be a bug. If I am reading the documentation correctly, specifically starting on page 231 of the Nagios 3 doc, with this setup, it will rotate every 14 days or 21 days or what every you set. Say I am on call this week on Monday, 14 days later it will start
