Hi Daniel,
I am new to Nagios and I had the same problem with a new install of 3.0.1 on
RHES4.
The fix for me was to apply the rights to the rw directory instead of the
nagios.cmd file as the file gets recreated regularly and will loose any rights
you apply to it.

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to make the SAP CCMS plugins work with my systems. I have
successfully installed and configured ./check_sap.sh, and it works fine.
When setting up check_sap_cons, I set up an agent.cfg and login.cfg in
/etc/sapmon. For the login.cfg, I used my userid and password (

Hi!
I've noticed a sensible difference in the hosts displayed in the service
detail' Nagios interface for last check. In some host the hour is
consistent with the actual one, but in others I observe a differences of
one or more hours.
This can be due to some Nagios cache?
Thanks in advance

Hi!
I've update the Nagios version from 3.0b5 to 3.0.1 stable. But
re-scheduling a new check for a service I get:
-
Error: Could not open command file '/usr/local/nagios/var/rw/nagios.cmd'
for update!
