checks are for several Citrix Xenservers (more than 30).

My co-worker (Thanks Frank) Recommended I put a symlink to those two
errant files. I did, and it compiled.
For anyone that reads this in the future, in case a better fix isn't
offered, here is what I did:
I switched to:
/usr/lib/
Created "/perl5/CORE"
So I have the path:
/usr/lib/perl5/CORE

Using CentOS 6.2 (minimal)
Nagios-3.4.1.tar.gz
Running:
./configure --sysconfdir=/etc/nagios --localstatedir=/var/nagios
--with-command-group=nagcmd --enable-embedded-perl
