I suggest you contact the author if it is no more being supported. He will
be able to point you in the right direction. I installed NEXSM years ago,
took a great deal to get it working. You can either invest that much time or
contact the author and he may be able to assist

1). What version of SNMP are your SM lite and SM normal running? Is that the
same version Nagiosxi is using?
2). Do you have network access to your SM lite and SM normal devices
3). Using regular snmp i.e. snmpget or snmpwalk - can you access these
devices?
