Hi Venu,
do you know 'check_website'.
I use it for monitoring a handful websites. It's able to follow
applications even with dynamically generated URLs. As far as I remember
(I dont need it) it follows redirects.
It' worth a look.

be advised, that nagiosgraph ist not compatible to epn (just case you
are using epn)
In that case, your perfdata processing command has to be
/perl insert.pl
instead of just

Hi all together,
I have had similar problem with 3.0a3 and 3.0a4. Didn't check with 3.0a5
yet, but I will do (hopefully) next week.
I tested with Redhat RHES3 and RHES4. Didn't check to use
"use_embedded_perl_implicitly".
Will try to reproduce that.

Hi Joe,
no pictures at all means, that show.cgi cannot find an corresponding

Hi ,
There is a way, described in the Nagios Book "Pro Nagios 2.0: (Expert's
Voice in Open Source)", by James Turnbull, APress. It shows, how to

changes it may work for your requirements aswell.

Hi Lynn,
just add ad the beginning of your show.cgi the following line (you may change
the colors in this line):
my @colors = qw ( FF 00FF00 FF FF00FF 00 00 FF ) ;
in the subroutine rrdline, there are some minor changes aswell:
sub rrdline {

Hi Lynn
look for the following code in show.cgi. It calculates a hash based on
colorsheme and the name of the parameter (e.g lospct or rta for
check_ping). These names are defined in the map file and used in the rrd
database.
There is no standard way to define your own colors, but of course yo

Hi all together,
actually I run Nagios 2.5 and 2.5, Plugins 1.4.2 and nagiosgraph 0.8.2
on RH EL4
When configuring Nagios without embedded Perl and without perlcache
(during the configure-stage)
everything including processing perfomance data works well.
When recompiling Nagios (version 2.4 or
