Last time I checked this wasn't possible. There are some third party utils that
can do this for you.

Just add a line to the service definition:
"host_name!*yourhost*"
to exclude it from the check.

"host_name *!**zlinux_hostname*"
This will exclude the zlinux host from the service check.
