The prob was solved, while typing this mail (as often ;) ): Meanwhile, I managed it to link the ssl-libs statically (I have no root-access to our machines, so I can´t simply install libs) Perhaps my config will help to solve the prob: NRPE-Version used: 2.0 Solaris-Compile-System: SunOS ### 5.9
