Hi,
Are you sure that:
1) Your host is allowed SNMP access to the router?
2) Your router uses SNMP version 1?
3) Your community string is still public (if it is: change it)?
Can you try a simple snmpwalk to the host?
snmpwalk -v2c -c your string 10.1.5.153
snmpwalk -v1 -c your string
