I do what someone just wrote. I soak the towel in warm water, wring it out

You can't over cure Top Gloss (not sure why someone had a problem with
that), I have cured it more than twice plenty of times and its never
gone dull. However you CAN over cure Base'n'Gloss or Options Clear -
both of these can turn out dull if you cure a lot longer than 2
minutes.

You can wipe with Alcohol, Acetone or even a combination of both if
you wanted. Typically dullness is from bulbs that aren't high
quality. There are some other reasons people will see dull finish,
one being as you said about it going on too thin, most cases this
isn't a problem, but make sure yo
Michelle,
what kind of a problem are you having with the towels? I wet them thoroughly

I tried that but they were too dry. I'll try again by spraying them

Instead of soaking them with water, why not spray them with water on both
sides with a spray bottle and then just roll them up. This way, you can
actually add some essential oils to the water for an added bonus!

Here's what it says about it on Gina's site.

It's the tunnel lamp I bought from Gina, so I think that's 36 watts. I
cure it for2:15. That's howling the timer is. Is that too long?

You don't have a 36 watt lamp. You have 9 watts of light from 4 different
angles. If 36 watt lamps existed in our industry then you'd be looking for 36
watt bulbs to put in them:)
As for price, I find most suppliers charge about the same. Maybe an online
supplier like Nailite?

Alcohol :) An even coat, not too thick and not too thin, I know that
doesn't help but with practice you'll know exactly how much to apply. If it
starts to run into the sidewalls it's too much. If you get bald spots, it's
not enough. I love Top Gloss. HTH.

I think I remember hearing that if you cured Topgloss too long, it will be
dull. I sat in on a class in Orlando, sorry, i can't remember what the
proper cure time is. How long are you curing and what wattage of bulbs does
your lamp use? Is it all fingers or only the thumbs.
