myself like the Nfu-oh brush. I use the #12. As for the powders, color or not,

powders are universal and you can use any liquid with them.

any lifting or lost a nail since I started doing this. She even went to Hawaii
for 4 weeks and came back no problem, a lot of new growth but no problems. The

So I get on the scale yesterday and lost about 7 pounds. I attribute that to
heavy crying and sobbing. I am serious-- the body does weird things. Now I do
not recommend excessive crying because it has side effects, like migraines and
sinus headaches, runny noses and red eyes. ;-)
