This is not polish. It is what the chop shop is telling their clients is
gel.
I tell my clients to keep their polish in the fridge, but I do not put my
gels in there!!!

I tried soaking off in bowl yesterday it was gelish base and top coat with
pink from opi and white from shellac.It would hardly budge I buffed off the
seal but it didnt come off easily any suggestions?
