Thanks Patti. I think your response is what I've been looking for. The NSI
uv gel sealant is my best option. I want my clients to actually see a
different when they come to me for nail care.

Hi Saundra,
Are you near Baltimore? I'm from Baltimore but live in the SF Bay area in CA
now. I can put you in touch with some techs in Baltimore so you can perhaps
meet up with them.

I, honestly, have never heard of using glue IN polishat least not in the
last 19 years
The glue doesn't "glop" (technical term!) the application of the polish?

Saundra,
Do you have enhancements on? Or do the clients that you are referring to have
them on? When putting rhinestones on clients that have enhancements on I use
either a dab of glue under them or some clear topcoat under them...then I use a

Thanks for the information. I'll probably get a UV Gel lamp. I had one years
ago when they first came out. I guess UV Gel will be my better choice.

HI Saundra,
I think you are referring to 'no-light gel' which doesn't need to be cured
under a UV lamp. It really is just a thick resin (glue) and you activate it
to make it dry faster. I've used it for my prom girl's nails years ago, for
temporary sets only when they wanted tips put on. I t
Thank Sherri. I'll try the uv gel. The glitter polish to me just doesn't
keep the "Bling" on too long. I went to the shop and had some "Bling" put
onto my nails, and the rhinestones didn't last a week. I made sure I was
careful to make sure they wouldn't come off.

I don't think the "gel that doesn't cure in a light" will work very well.
It's badically juzt some heavy duty glue. You won't get the same effect as
with glitter and uv gel. The finish won't be as nice and won't last as
long.

What's wrong with putting nail glue into glitter polish to keep the "Bling"
