That is a easy one! :) after you apply black shellac or other gel polish
and cure it. Remove the tacky layer then gently buff with a soft block
buffer. Remove any dust by cleaning nail with alchol and apply top coat to
french out the tips.
You can also take a striping brush dip it into top coat
