easily.
I have started to put Shellac topcote over my Brisa semisheer/cool pink. It's
supershiney and doesn't scratch at all. That's what I personally wear now as it
looks just like Shellac pinks.

I have combined some low level Base cotes and Top cotes to their like kind
and been able to salvage some low level bottles and kept them as backup. I
