I have two. My first took a puke, they sent me a new one second one did the
same thing. This was all within the first year. The heater on both heats up way
to high on mine as well making me think the thermostats are faulty (on both?
hm.). And the vibrat
it gets warm on the bottm but if I turn
it down, they're fine. No one has ever complained about my choice of foot bath.
