Hey everyone!! Question: how do you guys work out a referral program? Any ideas as to what is a reasonable amount of clients referred/gift? I have a client who just started with me and is already referring several people. Do you start giving credit for the referral straight away or do you wait for at least a second appointment to credit referral??
