IETF Last Call on draft-ietf-opsec-current-practices-06

Hi, Can someone tell me where the Panama NAP/PNAP is located (ie: what building?). I have looked at the archives and most of the information available online is in Spanish and/or quite outdated, and unfortunately I don't speak Spanish. Thanks, Paul
