Qwest outage in CA?

Is anybody noticing problems reaching the Qwest network? It appears to me that Qwest is having major issues right now, just wondering if anybody had more details than I've been able to get. Here's a traceroute (partial) with what I'm seeing. I see the same off both my upstream providers: 9
