Technically speaking, the port is definitely not a HSSI port. HSSI is ~ 52mbps and used for DS-3 and E3. You're probably looking for a v.35 interface, EIA-422/485, or similar interface to match your CSU.

With a little more research, I think I can better clarify that I'm looking for just about any router (<$50-100) that has a HSSI port and an RJ45 port.
