Anyone else experiencing this? Paths through Cogent to San Jose are getting 100 ms of latency at p10-0.core01.sjc03.. Its been a daily occurrence for about a week now. Latency is normal during the day until about 3-4pm when it starts to rise to 100 ms and stays there until a little after
