the US since the raid on TPB (ThePirateBay.org) earlier today.

Can anyone shed any light on the difficulties last night between Telia and
{AT&T, ATDN, others}? For a while it seemed like it was AT&T specific.
The problem started about 9:30pm Eastern and didn't get resolved until about
12:30am; during this time routes were being seen but t
