For those who haven't seen this yet, I'm passing it along from ARIN announcements. Stacy passed away suddenly in the hospital last week. I first met Stacy when she worked as "IP Godess" at TW Telecom, by which time she was already a force of nature within ARIN, and at many RIR and NANOG
