NOC Calendar

2014-10-24 Thread James Wininger
Does anyone on the list have a reference to a good "NOC" calendar? What I mean by that is a calendar that is view only for the NOC, but looks "good" on a larger LCD panel display. Ideally it would automatically rotate on a given schedule (say 6am), and then show only that days scheduled events, th

Metasolv / Business Objects

Anyone on the list have experience with Metasolv and or Business Objects (SAP)? We have Metasolv and are using it today, but its reporting mechanism seems to be an afterthought. To that end Business Objects (from SAP) seems the be "the solution", but from what I have seen so far I am less than imp

Brocade XMR/MLX VLAN bit counters (Cacti graphs for brocade VLANS) (95% billing).

Hello all, Looking for input from "providers" as well as "consumers" of data center space and facilities. Specifically speaking to the types of available physical cross connects. Are there data centers out there that are "fiber only"? That is to say that the cross connects are fiber only and n

We have been using IPPlan for quite some time now and are finding that we are simply starting to outgrow it. We have been looking at several other IPAM solutions and are starting to consider a purchase. The 6connect solution looks promising. If anyone has experience with this product and would

Customer Notification System.

We are a smaller ISP in Indiana. We are growing quite rapidly (yeah for us). We have a need for a customer notification system. We have simply out grown the ability to send emails to our customers manually. We need to have a better way of notifying our customers of maintenance etc. We would nee
