Confirming outages in SoCal area affecting ATT (lost a large circuit
out there @ 1:24 PDT). I should add not all SoCal sites are affected,
just some.

Same here. Saw the issue from Los Angeles, and from New York. Traces were
dropping a few hops into the Verizon cloud. BGP stayed up, but routing went
nowhere.
