One of my client has peering with nlayer and a provider from Asia. It seems
from one major ISP in US, the best path is through this Asia provider,
instead of through nlayer which we want it to be.
It seems this major ISP does not have a direct peering with nlayer AS 4436
is the cause of this prob
The email accounts are hosted at Microsoft, I have setup auto-responder so
if you email r...@theccie.com, you can see for yourself if the reply comes
from live.com/hotmail.com. Microsoft takes care all the authentication in
case you wonder.

Content filter is not a reason you can call it non-internet.
If you think it is not internet because of content filtering, think again,
you have to exclude whole China from Internet.
