hi, any contact from ASN 45382 in the list? it seems one of its customers is announcing a ipv4 block allocated to other organization.
the 45.164.24.0/24 is part of a /22 allocated to a brazilian organization and it is currently being announced with origin in the 45382 and transit via 4766, both in Korea. thanks
