I think there might be problems with the fileset functionality:
A couple of examples:
1) In a directory c:\build\pn\bin I have three dlls:
SciLexer.dll, libexpat.dll and libexpatw.dll
zip zipfile=test.zip
fileset
includes name=c:\build\pn\bin\*.dll /
/fileset
/zip
