I think its pretty clear that one of your assemblies could not be loaded.
I'll probably update the NDoc version that ships with NAnt to a more recent
version soon, as I've updated NDoc to provide more information when an
assembly fails to load.

Properties in Ant are always read-only, so there shouldn't be any issue
unless two parallel tasks attempt to create the same new
