Able to repro this bug. But wonder why this does not happen with RC3? Works like a chum there. Though I do not spot any code level change between rc3 and rc5 in the Unzip task CS file

I wonder how you create a zip file of 0 KB size? I tried but the minimum size of the zip file is 4 KB(I assume it adds the header information with the zip which bloats the size).
