First - bad documentation! If there was any mention of VSWebCache, I'd try
to prepare for this. I was not aware of any (shared) cache up to pro

I checked the problem by localy modified NAnt source. I just rip off
VSWebCache folder from
nant\src\NAnt.VSNet\ProjectBase.cs
