I got the following internal error from NAnt. It asked
to phone home, so here's the message.
My build file was executing this task at the time:
I am running NAnt-0.8.3-rc1, using the dowloaded distribution.
I am using the distribution binaries; I have not rebuilt it.

Oops, it turns out it wasn't getting to the task after all.
The internal error arose when I executed this task instead:
I was testing my build file and wanted to see what would
happen if the file tested in the available tasks did not exist.
So I changed the resource from ${xmlfile} to not${xmlf
