I am writing an update to the URLTrigger, specifically for implementation
against an Accurev repository. We are using the CCTrigger pattern, where an xml
file is created with detail about the Transaction occuring during a 'promote'
(aka check-in).
anyway, this xml file has a transTime field which I want to compare against
CCNet's project state file.
A known weakness in the URLTrigger is that upon restart of CCNet, all CI builds
are executed whether they need to be or not.
By comparing this transTime vs. the CCNet's project state file 'last build'
datetime info, I think I can fix this issue.
Now down to the question. Is there already a class for querying to get the
Project State data? I'm sure I can invent the wheel, but would rather not, and
I'm sure you would all laugh at me once I submit the patch. :)
