Is there ever a situation where a nested ${ } is valid within an
existing expression? Well, outside of a string, anyhow?

I was wondering whether a "fix" for the recurring bug reports related to
nested ${ } would be to report an error if the nesting occurs ...

For example, so that ${file:exists(${solution.file})} would throw an
"extraneous propertly nesting" error/exception instead of returning
"false, no file found".

Just a thought ...

Bevan.
