I created a nant-announce mailing list for this purpose a short while ago, but messages sent to this list will not reach as much people as messages sent to the nant-users mailing list (82 vs. 792 subscribers). For now, I'd suggest sending product announcements to the nant-users and nant-announce mailing lists.
