Looked into this a bit more... seems like IO.File.SetAttributes
translates both ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER and ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED into the
ArgumentException we're seeing. There must be some reason for doing
this, since they have those two values explicitly coded in there, but

I've run into this myself occasionally. It seems to only happen when
copying to a "mapped" network drive. The drive being mapped is actually
a samba share from a FreeBSD machine. Hope that helps,
