Hi Peter,
The FileSetAttribute was removed between NAnt 0.85 RC1 and
RC2. However, I added it back in recently for backward
compatibility.
Try using a recent nightly build (http://nant.sourceforge.net/nightly/latest).

Your buildFile element contains an invalid path :
buildFileNonEmployees.build/buildFile
as you can see, there an extra greater than sign after the file name.
However, NAnt should not have reported an internal error. That issue is now
fixed in cvs.
