project should be moving from individual build files to a building off a
solution.

These particular examples replace the (1) the title on the browser
window and (2) the title on the report of the web page with the contents
of property "reporttitle". This would be helpful so that you don't have
to have a separate xsl for each project.

I have some custom tasks that are based on ExternalProgramBase. When
they fail (i.e. the external program returns a non-zero error code), the
OnFailure task in the main project does not get triggered. Is this the
intended behavior?
