Well it turns out my unit is a Haicomm HI-204S, not 204III not sure if that is a significant difference. I have had problems over the years with my Nixichron keeping time poorly even when the Haicomm appears "happy" according to the flashing LED. On the other hand, my Jeff Thomas WWVB clock
