I actually have had the ETL sample for around two years now, I think.

There are more tubes in my clocks because I'm using 6-tube and 10-tube
rings to divide 60 Hz to 1 pulse per minute. My cloches are not as tall as
yours so I used fifteen rows of five tubes instead of seventeen rows of
four, giving plenty of space for more tubes. I figured the life of the

I suspect I can't really add anything but I have taken a few medical HV
bits apart before and that kilovac looks to me like a high voltage relay /
trigger tube and the transformer looks like a pulse transformer, usually
for adding a spike of voltage to a pedestal / stored charge by being wired
