Is net-snmp-5.2.1 "allow/accept" the incoming packet with AuthNoPriv even though the v3 user has AuthPriv configured in USM MIBs table? I have tried this query but the error message looks to be the request is rejected at VACM level, I couldn't get any information from log, please clarify.
