AuthNoPriv even though the v3 user has AuthPriv configured in USM MIBs
table? I have tried this query but the error message looks to be the
request is rejected at VACM level, I couldn't get any information from
log, please clarify.

users security level from authPriv to authNoPriv in VACM then query
using authNoPriv,
